4. Fees & Payment

Our professional fees are agreed upon in a separate engagement letter or service agreement. The following general terms apply:

• Fees are quoted in the currency specified in your service agreement
• Government fees, due diligence charges, and third-party costs are additional and payable separately
• Refund eligibility is governed solely by the terms of your signed engagement agreement
• We reserve the right to suspend services for outstanding invoices

5. Client Obligations

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Promptly notify us of any changes to your personal circumstances relevant to your application
• Cooperate fully with due diligence processes as required by applicable programmes

Any misrepresentation or concealment of material information may result in immediate termination of our services without refund, and may have serious legal consequences.
